COURSES IN OUR GOLD SCHOOL:
Intensive Course (20 group lessons per week) and Intensive Plus Course (26 group lessons per week).
Students may join a course any Monday, for a minimum stay of 2 weeks. Absolute beginners have specific starting dates: 07/01, 14/04, 23/06, 21/07, 01/09.
In these courses lessons integrate the 4 skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening with grammatical structures and vocabulary development. Interesting aspects of English culture and way of life are also introduced. Each day, the class takes you one step closer to achieving your goal: communicating more and better in English. For this reason, we integrate all skills in the classroom, combining various tasks and activities in which you are the main protagonist.
Students are given an oral interview, a lexico-grammatical test, and asked to complete a written needs analysis form on or before arrival, and are placed in a class appropriate to their ability and needs. Progress tests are done in class and are recorded by teachers on a weekly basis. The course is designed to improve students' abilities to use language accurately and fluently while concentrating on the skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. The course is based on the most up-to-date methodology, course books and authentic materials.
